1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AadiFit Performance Lab ("AadiFit", "we", "us", "our") at aadifit.com or tools.aadifit.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or if participating in our Youth Programme, that a parent or guardian has provided written undertaking accepting these terms on your behalf.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2 Description of Services

AadiFit Performance Lab provides online fitness coaching tools and personalised coaching services across three tiers:

• Free: Access to performance and wellness tools at tools.aadifit.com
• Premium: ₹1,499/month — Full personalised coaching system
• Performance Lab: ₹3,999/month — Direct access to Coach Aditya (Aditya Narayan)

All tool outputs are generated using validated sports science frameworks applied to your self-reported inputs. Tools are designed and overseen by Coach Aditya, a performance coach with 9+ years of professional coaching experience.

3 User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with any other person.

You are responsible for the accuracy of health and body data you enter. Inaccurate inputs will produce inaccurate outputs. AadiFit accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from inaccurate self-reported data.

4 Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds

4.1 Payment Processors

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and PayPal. AadiFit does not store your payment card details.

4.2 GST

AadiFit Performance Lab is not currently registered under GST. Prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes. GST registration details will be updated upon registration.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.4 Refund Policy — Premium (₹1,499/month)

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment by emailing info@aadifit.com. Refunds are not available after the 7-day window or for renewal payments.

4.5 Refund Policy — Performance Lab (₹3,999/month)

All Performance Lab payments are non-refundable due to the direct, personalised nature of the coaching engagement. Please evaluate your needs carefully before subscribing.

4.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

5 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, tools, methodologies, scoring systems, algorithms, visual design, brand names ("AadiFit", "AadiFit Performance Lab", "Coach Aditya"), coaching frameworks, blog posts, tool outputs, and any other material on aadifit.com and tools.aadifit.com are the exclusive intellectual property of AadiFit Performance Lab (Aditya Narayan, sole proprietor).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the platform for your own fitness purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute any content or tool from this platform
• Use any content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any tool's underlying logic or algorithms
• Create derivative works based on AadiFit content or tools
• Use AadiFit brand names or Coach Aditya's name for any commercial purpose

Unauthorised use will be pursued under the Indian Copyright Act 1957 and the Information Technology Act 2000.

6 Your Data

You retain ownership of the personal data and progress information you provide to the platform. Progress photos uploaded to the Transformation Tracker are stored securely and treated as strictly confidential.

AadiFit will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by Indian law.

7 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

1. Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
2. Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
3. Impersonate Coach Aditya or any AadiFit representative
4. Use the platform to build a competing product or service
5. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
6. Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
7. Harass, abuse, or harm other users
8. Misrepresent your identity or health credentials
9. Use automated tools to access the platform without permission
10. Resell or sublicense access to any AadiFit tool or content
11. Remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
12. Share your account credentials with any third party
13. Use the platform in any way that could damage AadiFit's reputation

8 Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment. AadiFit Performance Lab is not a licensed medical provider, registered dietitian service, or clinical health platform.

Results from all tools are personalised fitness and sports nutrition coaching guidance only. They are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor, specialist physician, registered dietitian, or other healthcare professional.

If you have a diagnosed medical condition — including but not limited to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, thyroid disorders, or eating disorders — consult your doctor before using any outputs from this platform.

By using the platform you voluntarily assume all risk associated with your fitness activities and agree that AadiFit is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with:

• Indian Information Technology Act 2000 and IT (Amendment) Act 2008
• Indian Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules 2011
• GDPR (for users in the UK and European Union)
• CCPA (for users in California, USA)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how users interact with our platform. By using the platform you consent to this data collection. You may opt out via your browser settings.

10 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AadiFit's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to AadiFit in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AadiFit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Force Majeure: AadiFit is not liable for any failure or delay in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AadiFit Performance Lab, its owner Aditya Narayan, and its coaches from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12 Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by emailing info@aadifit.com.

By AadiFit: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, without refund.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 90 days after termination and then deleted, unless retention is required by law.

13 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.

For users in the EU/UK: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or UK consumer protection law.

We encourage you to contact us first at legal@aadifit.com before initiating any legal proceedings. We aim to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.

14 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15 General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• No Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AadiFit.
• Electronic Communications: By using the platform you consent to receiving communications from us electronically.
