When you use AadiFit Performance Lab, we may collect the following categories of data:

• Name and email address (account creation)
• Body measurements, weight, age, fitness goals (tool inputs)
• Progress photos (Transformation Tracker — optional)
• Payment information (processed by Razorpay/PayPal — we do not store card details)
• Usage data and analytics (via Google Analytics 4)
• Device and browser information

2 How We Use Your Data

• To provide personalised fitness coaching tools and outputs
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To communicate with you about your account and our services
• To improve our platform using aggregated, anonymised analytics
• To comply with Indian law and legal obligations

3 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our VPS server with industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS). Progress photos are stored securely and treated as strictly confidential. We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures under the Indian IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules 2011.

4 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:

• Payment processors (Razorpay, PayPal) for transaction processing
• Google Analytics for anonymised usage analysis
• As required by Indian law or court order

5 Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your account plus 90 days after termination, unless longer retention is required by law.

6 Your Rights

Under Indian IT Act 2000, GDPR (EU/UK users), and CCPA (California users), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

7 Cookies & Tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) cookies to understand platform usage. No advertising cookies are used. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

8 Children's Privacy

Our platform is not directed at anyone under 18. Users under 18 participating in our Youth Programme require verified parent/guardian consent.

9 Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes to this policy by email or platform notice at least 30 days before changes take effect.
