I didn't start coaching to help people lose weight. I started because I saw what physical discipline does to every other part of a person's life — and I wanted more people to experience that.

"Most people approach fitness as a project — something to complete, then move on from. I approach it as infrastructure. Build it right, and everything else in your life gets easier: your focus sharpens, your discipline compounds, your stress becomes manageable, your confidence stops being something you perform and starts being something you own."
— Coach Aditya
I started training because I wanted to look better. Like most people who walk into a gym for the first time, that was the whole plan. But somewhere in the process of learning how the body actually works — how progressive overload drives adaptation, how nutrition supports performance, how recovery determines what you keep — I stopped seeing fitness as a goal and started seeing it as a system.
Nine years and 200+ clients later, the pattern is impossible to ignore. When someone gets serious about their physical health — truly serious, not just motivated for a few weeks — something else changes alongside their body. Their relationship with discipline shifts. The way they approach problems at work changes. Their energy levels stop being something that happens to them and become something they manage. The confidence they were hoping to find in the mirror shows up everywhere else first.
That's the real product I'm building. Not six-pack abs. Not a summer body. A version of you that is harder to break, clearer under pressure, and operating at a level most people never reach — because most people never address the physical foundation that makes it possible.
Every client who commits to this process for 12 weeks reports the same thing. The body changes are visible. The other changes are more important.
Regular structured training regulates cortisol, improves sleep quality, and creates a daily ritual of accomplishment. The result is a sharper, calmer mind — one that handles pressure differently. Clients consistently report better decision-making, reduced anxiety, and a measurable increase in focus at work within the first 6 weeks.
Physical training is voluntary discomfort. You choose to push when it's hard, recover when you need to, and show up when you don't feel like it. That practice — done consistently — rewires how you respond to difficulty everywhere else. Stress becomes more manageable. Setbacks stop being events and start being data points.
High energy, deep sleep, structural confidence, a body that works for you instead of against you — these are not fitness outcomes. They are life outcomes. The version of you that is physically capable and consistently active experiences the world differently: more present, more engaged, more able to show up fully in relationships and responsibilities.
Your body responds to measurable inputs. Before I prescribe anything, I need to understand your current baseline — your maintenance calories, your training volume, your recovery capacity. Guesswork produces inconsistent results. Measurement produces predictable ones.
The body adapts to what it is repeatedly asked to do. The entire AadiFit system is built around applying the right amount of stress, recovering correctly, and progressing systematically. This is not complicated. It requires discipline and patience — which is exactly what we build.
Most people approach diet as punishment or restriction. I approach it as fuel management. The goal is to eat enough of the right things to perform, recover, and build — not to eat as little as possible and hope for the best. This shift alone changes the entire experience of the process.
What happens between sessions determines what you keep from those sessions. Sleep, stress management, and structured rest are not optional extras — they are core training variables. I build them into every programme I design.
The best programme is the one you actually follow for 12 weeks. I design for sustainability, not perfection. A moderate programme executed consistently will outperform an extreme programme abandoned after three weeks — every single time.
The goal of AadiFit has never been to be the biggest fitness platform or to compete with generic training apps.
It's to build a system so precise and so personalised that anyone who commits to it — regardless of where they are starting from — gets a result that changes more than their body.
I want the person who comes to AadiFit struggling with their weight to leave not just leaner, but more disciplined, more confident, and better equipped to handle what life asks of them.
I want the professional who feels like their health is the one area of life they haven't figured out to discover that fixing it is the lever that improves everything else.
I want the person who has tried everything and felt like the problem was them to finally understand that the problem was never effort — it was a lack of the right system, applied consistently, with the right support.
That's what this platform is for. That's what I'm for.

Jasleen wanted visible bicep peaks and defined shoulders — specific and rare. We built a 4-day upper/lower split with dedicated arm work twice per week, combining heavy compounds with targeted isolation. The results she posted on Instagram said everything.
Strength & Definition Programme"Thank you for pushing me to be my best. Results don't lie, and neither does your dedication — keep raising the bar."
Prachi wanted to look toned without losing her curves — the classic recomp challenge. Maintenance calories, high protein, carb cycling, resistance split targeting glutes, shoulders, and core. The sculpted, athletic look she wanted without sacrificing muscle.
